The MH Stingrays E-News Alerts allows subscribers to receive emails with information including meet sheets, meet results, notifications of cancellations, reminders, etc.

If you are a member of the Monmouth Heights Stingrays Swim Team and you would like to recieve the MH Stingrays E-News Alerts, please sign up using the link to the right (E-News Sign-Up!). Once you have signed up using your name and email address, you will receive an email confirmation. Please click on the link in the email confirmation in order to activate your subscription to the list. You will then receive E-News Alerts.

Items such as registration forms, the team calendar, etc. will be posted on the website.
